The Blockade Runner Beach Resort Hotel has been sold to local real estate mogul Jim Wallace, Intracoastal Realty founder and president, and Keith Beatty, a Realtor and beach resident.
 
 
 
Notices informing New Hanover County property owners of their reassessed property values were mailed on Feb. 14, according to tax administrator Bob Glasgow.
The board of directors of the Shell Island Resort homeowners association met with the resort’s property owners on Saturday.
