• Brandon Worth Hathaway of Wilmington was arrested for careless and reckless driving and released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
• Evan Vincent James of Wilmington was arrested on charges that include resisting, delaying and obstructing police; consuming underage and possession of liquor under 21 years of age. He was held on $1,000 secured bond.
• Brian John Moore of Raleigh was taken into custody on an order for arrest for failing to appear.

• Kevin Heggerty was arrested for DWI and lane violation.
• Justin Crae Bates was arrested for DWI.

• A bicycle is alleged to have been stolen from a resident on Jasmine Place.

• Bicycles were reportedly stolen from a residence on Palmetto Drive and surfboards from a residence on West Henderson Street.
• Police reported the issue of 19 parking citations on Coral Drive and 18 in Wrightsville Beach Park.

• A vehicle collision was reported in the 400 block of Causeway Drive.
