My philosophy is based on living a healthy and balanced lifestyle incorporating tools which will help people shift toward a natural, balanced relationship with themselves.

I’ve always had an appreciation for the body. Since I was young I’ve had an interest and strong desire for self-improvement. I love to learn and improve in new ways whenever possible. Resistance training/exercising is one area I’ve learned a lot about.

Through education and personal experiences I know I’m in a position to help many people. Helping others is something I care a great deal about and I know everyone has the potential and ability to improve from their current state. So it is my intention to devote myself to being at the service of everyone who wishes to improve their physical appearance, health and well being.
