Day Shift:

July 3: Two 14-year-old juveniles were arrested for breaking and entering and larceny in reference to an incident that occurred at 58 Pelican Drive. They were later released to their parents.

Night Shift:

July 2: Scott Patrick Cave was arrested for simple affray and allegedly being intoxicated and disruptive.

July 3: Christopher King was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell and deliver. He was also charged with maintaining a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Randolph C. Taylor was arrested on North Lumina Avenue for reportedly failing to drive within restrictions and failure to carry OLN.

David Augustin Navarro was arrested DWI, provisional DWI and C and R.

Zachary Thomas Hunt was arrested for allegedly stealing a cell phone near the beach strand.

David M. Webster was arrested for larceny and allegedly being intoxicated and disruptive and consuming alcohol while underage.

Leeland Belardinelli was arrested on South Lumina Avenue for DWI and possessing an open container of spirituous liquor.

July 4: Jonathan Randolph McLamb was arrested in the Lee's Cut parking lot for reportedly being intoxicated as well as resisting, delaying and obstructing police.

July 5: Michael George Hess was arrested at 5 N. Lumina Ave. for resisting, delaying and obstructing police.

Gregory Stoessel Fox was arrested on Causeway Drive and charged with DWI, possession of an open container and equipment violation.

Michael Richard Vaitsas was arrested for possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV substance.

Accident and Incident Reports:

July 3: A larceny was reported from room 212 of the Blockade Runner Resort.

Someone reported their cell phone stolen from the beach strand at 23 E. Salisbury St.

July 4: A hit and run was reported at Gene Floyd Drive.

Another hit and run was reported by a man who claimed that a White GMC ran into the rear of his vehicle in the Harbor Inn parking lot.

July 5: A larceny was reported from Wynn Plaza.

A van operated by a Bose subject backed into an unoccupied and parked BMW in the parking lot at Robert's Grocery store on Lumina Avenue.
