Intracoastal Realty announces top agents


The top Intracoastal Realty performers for the month of January include Vance Young, who won Closed Volume Team of the Month with $3.4 million in sales, and Michelle Clark, who was named Listing Team of the Month with $6.5 million in new listings. 

Also in the Wrightsville Beach office, the top listing agent was Lee Crouch, and the top under contract agent was Mark Bodford.



Carolina Farminí reveals new brand 


Carolina Farminí, the locally sourced foods market that recently moved out of its Market Street location, has shortened its name to Farminí. The Farminí brand will serve as the umbrella for several food divisions like Prospect Farms, Capital Creamery and also wholesale services and future retail locations. The wholesale branch of Farminí serves more than 50 restaurant and food service organizations in Southeastern North Carolina and the Triangle. 



Tourism-related expo


The N.C. Division of Tourism, Film and Sports will host a Tourism Resource Assistance Center program in partnership with Wilmington and Beaches CVB, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Coastline Conference and Event Center, on Thursday, Feb. 20. Attraction, dining, lodging, retail and event organizers, owners and managers from New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties are invited.
