The real estate described below will be sold at public auction July 22, 2013, at 11:00 o’clock a.m.  at the New Hanover County Courthouse (Princess Street door), 4th and Princess Streets, Wilmington, North Carolina.  This sale is pursuant to a deed of trust from Howard L. Delts, Sr. and wife, Roswitha J. M. Delts, dated January 28, 2010, recorded on January 29, 2010 in Book 5465, Page 1278 of the New Hanover County Registry. The present record owners of the property, at the time of this notice are Howard L. Delts, Sr. and wife, Roswitha J. M. Delts. 

Being known and designated as Lot 25 according to the official map of Manhattan, duly recorded in Book 68 at page 91, of the records of the office of the Register of Deeds of New Hanover County; also designated as Lot 2 on the revised map and being the same tract of land conveyed to H. E. Williamson and wife, Elise Williamson, by deed duly recorded in Book 353 page 53, of the records aforesaid; and being the same lot conveyed by H. L.
