WRAR breakfast
The Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern N.C. and JC Morgan Co. invited city and county planning officials to its Feb. 22 breakfast meeting at the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors headquarters to discuss the permitting processes of both municipal organizations. The county will soon move to an all-inclusive permitting fee, excluding permits issued by the fire department. A new website utilizing the ONESolution software suite will also make the county planning website much easier to navigate, county officials said.
