After significant discussion, the Town of Wrightsville Beach Board of Aldermen have postponed a resolution concerning procuring a space in New Hanover County's Emergency Operations Center.
Since mayor pro tem Susan Collins, and aldermen Darryl Mills and Elizabeth King were not in favor of paying the lump sum of $70,000 for the use of the space, the board directed town manager Bob Simpson to bring a final draft of a long term lease agreement to the board's Oct. 11 meeting to vote on.
