Wrightsville Beach Parks and Recreation Department presents the surf reggae sounds of Selah Dubb during this week’s Sounds of Summer Concert series co-sponsored by WECT TV, Wrightsville Beach Parks and Recreation and local merchants and nonprofits. Bring your lawn chairs and a picnic and enjoy an evening of family fun. The concert is set to last until around 8 p.m.

The Imitations

Airlie Gardens
Airlie Gardens hosts The Imitations in this week’s concert series. Known as the "party band of the Carolinas", the band will play a mix of beach, soul and rock ‘n’ roll music with the promise of Independence Day-themed American classics. All general admission parking is offsite and a free shuttle is provided from the old Cinema 6 parking lot at 5335 Oleander Drive.

Boseman Gallery
UNCW’s Boseman Gallery presents In A Bind. The exhibit showcases a wide range of book-making products including student-designed books from the Publishing Lab. One-of-a-kind artist’s books will also be on display. The exhibit will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
